Are all of your agency rates bookable online?
No. The search includes some agency rates, but some agency-held fares, group space and perks are handled by our team. Ask us for a quote on those.
Do the fares match the prices on your rate pages?
Not always. The online search and our rate pages are separate, so a sailing may show different fares or availability. Our team can check a specific sailing for you.
What if I already booked my cruise?
If you booked elsewhere, you can ask us to review an eligible booking for transfer. Eligibility depends on the cruise line and the booking.
