Keep the trip you picked and add a team that works on it with you. Transfer an eligible cruise booking to Tim Cruise and we review your reservation for current promotions and any eligible Agency Exclusives, then help with the rest of the trip.
No cruise booking fee. Eligibility depends on the cruise line and your booking.
A look for eligible extra perks. Some sailings qualify for Agency Exclusives such as onboard credit, a specialty dinner or prepaid gratuities. What applies depends on the sailing and its terms, and not every booking qualifies.
Help with the whole trip. We keep an eye on payment dates and help with flights, hotels, transfers, shore excursions and travel insurance, so the details are not all on you.
A real team you can reach. You get people who know your booking. Call, email or send us a note and someone on our team answers.
1. Send your booking details. Ship, sail date, reservation number, travelers and your authorization. It takes a few minutes.
2. We review it. Our team checks whether the booking can move and looks at current promotions and any eligible Agency Exclusives.
3. We take it from there. If the cruise line approves the transfer, we help with your trip from then on.
Timing matters. Transfer windows vary by cruise line, and some close soon after a booking is made, so if you booked recently it is worth sending your details soon.
Royal Caribbean says direct bookings can generally be transferred to a travel advisor within 30 days of being created, while outside final payment and not paid in full, with exceptions such as Air2Sea and some currency or country rules. Celebrity describes a similar window: within 30 days of the booking being created, outside final payment and not paid in full, and subject to market conditions. Source: https://www.celebritycruises.com/int/faqs/reservation-transfers
Other cruise lines set their own rules, so we review each request by line and by how it was booked.
Is there a fee to transfer my cruise to you?
There is no booking fee on cruises with us. Cruise lines pay us, so transferring an eligible cruise booking costs you nothing extra.
Is a booking transfer a cancellation?
No. A transfer changes which agency services your existing reservation; it is not a cancellation or a new booking. Repricing or changing the booking is a separate step that depends on the fare and the cruise line.
Could I get extra perks by transferring?
Possibly. We review your booking for current promotions and any eligible Agency Exclusives such as onboard credit or a specialty dinner. These depend on the sailing and its terms, and not every booking qualifies.
Can every booking be transferred?
No. Eligibility is set by each cruise line and depends on how and when the booking was made and where it is in the payment schedule. What carries over depends on the line and the booking.
Can I still use the cruise line's website and app?
In most cases you can keep using the cruise line's account and app for your sailing, though some features can vary by line once an agency services the booking.
